You must be at least 16 years old to use Africademy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for your own learning.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast course materials without our written permission.

Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Eligible purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within that window, contact support@africademy.com.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to disrupt the service, access it through unauthorised means, infringe others’ rights, or post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content in the community.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or the platform.

All content on Africademy — including courses, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Africademy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Content you submit to the community remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service.

Africademy is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for excellence, we don’t guarantee specific learning or career outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Africademy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
